Happy Fall from the Beach! The weather has been amazing, allowing us to hold on to Summer just a little bit longer.
The market picked up throughout the Summer with houses going under contract in both Bay Head and Mantoloking at an increase of 100% and 75%, respectively vs. last year. (MLS 7/1/19 – 9/30/19)
